Private Delivery

Allowing you the greatest flexibility with respect to student logistics, our private classes can be delivered to a single group at your location or our location, to multiple students in multiple remote locations, or any combination of the above.

Private classes also offer you the opportunity to optimize the learning experience and meet the specific needs of your organization by tailoring the delivery of each class to emphasize and de-emphasize appropriate topic areas.

Virtual Delivery

Travel not in your budget? We’ll bring the training to you – wherever you may be. All you need is an internet connection and either a VoIP application or a telephone. The internet connection lets you follow the instructor’s presentation. The voice connection allows you to participate in the classroom discussions.

These are live presentations, not recordings. You’ll be sure to get the information you need when you need it, because you can use the virtual classroom presentation tools or the telephone to communicate with the instructor in real time.

We use a WebEx™ virtual classroom solution. Prior to the start of the class, we’ll send you the URL, a username and a password. When it’s time for class, all you need to do is log in and access the audio channel.

Because your course materials will be shipped to you in advance of the class, you’ll be able to follow the instructor’s presentation and take notes – just as you would if you were in a physical classroom. In most cases, you’ll also download a set of student files to your own computer, and establish your own training environment before class begins. In some cases, we’ll establish a remote login to our local systems, which will allow the instructor to monitor your lab performance and more readily render assistance.
